Enhancing Facilities for a High-Activity Police Traffic Base
DSA was appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent, and MEP Consultant for the refurbishment of Greys Mallory Traffic Base, a key operational hub for police traffic units.
The project involved the comprehensive upgrade of all back-of-house areas, including offices, circulation spaces, welfare facilities, and meeting rooms, with the aim of improving working conditions for officers and staff operating in a demanding, shift-based environment.
All works were delivered within a live police site, with phased programming and flexible working practices adopted to accommodate the fluid and transient nature of traffic policing operations.
