Warwickshire Police | Leek Wootton Toilet Refurbishment Project

Client: The Police and Crime Commissioner for Warwickshire
Role: Project Manager, Employers Agent and MEP Consultant
Sector:  blue light

Modernising welfare spaces across a live operational estate

DSA were appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent, and MEP Consultant for the successful delivery of a comprehensive toilet refurbishment programme at the Warwickshire Police Headquarter in Leek Wootton.

The project transformed welfare facilities across multiple blocks, enhancing both functionality and appearance while ensuring full compliance with modern building standards. Delivered within a live policing environment, the programme was phased to maintain building security and minimise disruption to staff and operations.

“Welfare facilities play a crucial role in supporting the wellbeing and morale of our workforce at Warwickshire, and the condition of our previous toilet facilities had fallen well below the standard we strive to maintain. They were outdated, tired, and in need of significant improvement.

The refurbishment works carried out so far have been truly remarkable. The transformation has not only improved the functionality and cleanliness of the facilities but has also created a far more pleasant and hygienic environment for officers and staff. The attention to detail and quality of the work have been exceptional.

We are extremely happy with the progress to date and look forward to the completion of the remaining works. This investment in our workplace is already making a noticeable difference and is greatly appreciated by everyone on site.”

–  Nathan Moore, Head of Business Operations, Warwickshire Police
