DSA were appointed as Project Manager, Employer’s Agent, and MEP Consultant for the successful refurbishment of Bedworth Police Station. The project focused on enhancing the quality and functionality of all back-of-house areas, delivering meaningful improvements for building users while ensuring uninterrupted police operations throughout.

The works were carried out within a live, secure environment, requiring careful coordination with multiple departments, phased programming, and out-of-hours working to accommodate shift patterns and operational sensitivities.
