DSA provided mechanical and electrical consultancy and client advisory services for New Eidyn, a prestigious residential development comprising 152 luxury apartments in central Edinburgh. The residences form part of a landmark mixed-use scheme, integrating residential, retail, and leisure spaces to create a vibrant new city centre destination.
Working in collaboration with Nuveen and Native Land, DSA supported the project over an 8-year period, from initial concept to completion. As the M&E technical engineer embedded within the client team, we provided specialist input across key design and delivery stages.
