DSA acted as M&E advisor for their valued client, Native Land, on the construction of the Arbor Building at Bankside Yards, London.
Arbor is a smart-energy building, offering a 19-story, 223,000-square-foot sustainable workplace that embodies next-generation design. The building is powered entirely by electricity and operates as a net-zero carbon facility. It boasts two distinct double-height floors: the second and third levels offer a remarkable 6-meter-high space, ideal for an auditorium or creative workspace.
Arbor really stands out as one of the recently finished prime buildings in the central London office market with a strong focus on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles and we are proud to have played a part in its construction.
